Joran Gets a phone, computer, TV, and other great things. His savior Mary has given up on him as far as giving him money! Anita told her "Theres some people you just can't save"! They can take off days for Joran for good behavior so if he is perfect, he can get at least 1/3 of his time taken off. So in reality, he will do 19 yrs. Wonder what would have happened had he told the 3 "woman" judges where Natalee was? The trial was suspended the first day, and carried through the following Wednesday. He plead guilty.
Robyn Gardner missing in aruba 8/2/2011
The facts we know as of now. She went with a guy she met on Match.com over a year ago "Gary G." He bought travellers insurance on her for 1.5 million and in only 36 hrs after she was missing he tried to cash in on it. He left the search to go and get sleep. Robyn took sleeping pills during the day, and then drank at about 4pm that day, was this his plan?? He was heavily into the Natalee Holloway case, so was this premeditated? He knows where to go to loose someone, but why? He says they went snorkling, Robyn doesn't like to snorkle, so did they actually go? It was the cove next to Babys Beach, and Babys Beach is well known for their severe currents and deaths from them, by still why no body? Robyn was supposed to be in Florida with family which is what she told her "boyfriend" at home, but then ended up in Aruba with Gary. They held Gary for 8 days, then another 16 in order to investigate. Gary has a not so nice background with women, and ex-wives. He tried to leave Aruba, and they actually stopped him and took him in, can you believe that? They actually invited the FBI to help this time, "only one", and will resume the search only 3 weeks after it all happened. Well at least theres a search. Blood and condom found behind the dive center they say one day, and the next day they state "NO". Dejavue? Gary had cuts and scratches on him stating he didn't know how he got them. Also states the currents got bad, he called Robyn to follow and he swam for his "own" life. When he looked back after hitting rocks, Robyn was no where to be found. We know that Julia Renfro is in on the dis-information again, and with her all hell may just break loose again... Carla Baron has also given a reading to Richard. NHRC is helping the family which is the one PLUS here... More to follow I am sure..1/20/2012 Robyn still not found, Gary released and in the states. Gary did a few months at KIA, alot more then Joran did. Had aruba done something about Joran, Stephany would still be alive! Richard has been on Facebook, and he is picking arguments to all who do not believe his theory. He will delete them, or their posts. Carla caught his act early on.
1/13/2011: Beth it was so nice to see you again! Your presentation was GREAT, and to see it come from your own mouth, "not on TV", was just so sureal. As I told you, you are one special person to do what you have done, I would never have left aruba without being jailed, or hurting people in the process.

Just another blow! It's not her! Aruba took a whole week asking for dental records and saying they were doing DNA on the bone, only to find they didn't do DNA at all. The jaw that was found had a wisdom tooth, and Natalee didn't. Why Aruba, why? They knew the answers and still held it from the family. Whats new?
UPDATE 11/17/2010: Jawbone found by the Pheonix and investigators say it is that of a white, young, female. Can it be? Arubians seem to think it may be something as for it was sent straight to the Netherlands for testing. "Thats a first"! So Joran laughs as he is told this by his lawyer while in prison. Sicko! So we are awaiting results from the DNA now. Please let this be, so her parents can have closure and take her home for a proper burial. Now if you have gone through this site, you will see the infamous bag in the cement basin, strange that this is right in the area where this jawbone has washed up.

and do the right thing, what if this was "your missing daughter"? Wouldn't you want closure? He
will never see the light of day again after his second murder, this man is more powerful then your
hubby was, and Peru is nothing to play with. Hell, I bet even you have to wear a bulletproof vest
once you get there too for raising a kid like that. Tell him to give up what he knows before the
prison gets the best of him. His wishes to go back to Aruba are a thing of the past, he wont get
what he wants this time. Demand answers from him, be a mother!
Joran has confessed to the murder of Stephany. He claims she saw "in his laptop" information on Natalee and got scared. Peru,..... you need to give lessons to the Police in Aruba, this could have ended 5 years ago. However life in Peru fits him better then a few years in Paradise "Aruba", system. Joran van der Sloot held over death of Peruvian woman
Chilean police have arrested Dutchman Joran van der Sloot, who is wanted in connection with the murder of a woman in Peru.
The 22-year-old was taken into custody in Santiago a day after being named as a suspect in the murder of Stephany Tatiana Flores Ramirez, 21.
Mr van der Sloot was allegedly seen with Miss Ramirez in a casino before she was found dead in a hotel room in Lima.
Mr van der Sloot was questioned but never charged over the disappearance of U.S. teenager Natalee Holloway on the Caribbean island of Aruba in 2005 - five years ago this week.
Yesterday Mr van der Sloot was taken in a dark vehicle to a police office in downtown Santiago.
He made no comment as he entered, walking calmly and without handcuffs as journalists shouted his name.
Alfredo Espinosa, chief national spokesman for Chile's investigative police, told AP that Mr van der Sloot remained calm in detention and that the Chilean police were awaiting instructions from their Peruvian counterparts.
Miss Ramirez, who had been seen with Mr van der Sloot early on Sunday, was found on Wednesday lying face down on the floor of the suspect's hotel room in Lima, with her neck broken, Peruvian police general Cesar Guardia said.
She was fully clothed, with no signs of having been sexually abused
Authorities found no potential murder weapons in the room, according to police.
Mr Guardia said the 22-year-old Dutchman was in Peru for a poker tournament and appears with the dead woman in a video taken at a Lima casino early on Sunday.
The two were later seen entering the hotel by one of its employees about 5am and the Dutchman departed alone about four hours later, police said.
'We have an interview with a worker at the hotel who says she saw this foreigner with the victim enter his room,' Mr Guardia said.
The victim's father, Ricardo Flores, 48, is a former president of the Peruvian Automobile Club who won the Caminos del Inca rally in 1991 and brings circuses and foreign entertainers to Peru.
He ran for vice president in 2001 and for president five years later on fringe tickets.
A lawyer for Mr van der Sloot in New York, Joe Tacopina, cautioned against a rush to judgement.
'Joran van der Sloot has been falsely accused of murder once before. The fact is he wears a bull's-eye on his back now and he is a quote-unquote usual suspect when it comes to allegations of foul play,' Mr Tacopina said.
Mr van der Sloot was twice arrested but later released for lack of evidence in the 2005 disappearance of Miss Holloway in Aruba.
The mystery of Miss Holloway's disappearance attracted wide attention on television and in newspapers in Europe and the U.S.

Joran van der Sloot, the 22-year-old Dutch playboy twice arrested in the mysterious disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway, has been named the prime suspect in the death of a young Peruvian woman found dead over the weekend in a Lima hotel.

Stephany Tatiana Flores Ramirez, 21, was found at the Miraflores Hotel Tac in Lima, Peru on Sunday in room registered to
van der Sloot, who was arrested and released in connection with the disappearance of Holloway , an 18-year-old American student who went missing in Aruba five years ago this week.
Officials believe Flores was killed exactly five years after Holloway's May 30, 2005, disappearance.
Flores was found beaten and stabbed to death in a room booked in van der
Sloot's name, police said. A hotel employee told police that Flores entered the hotel early Sunday morning with van der Sloot.
"We have an interview with a worker at the hotel who says she saw this foreigner with the victim enter his room," Peruvian police chief Gen. Cesar Guardia told reporters today.
The woman's father told reporters that the she was killed about 8 a.m. Sunday morning and the room was covered in blood, indicating a struggle had taken place.
Authorities believe van der Sloot fled Peru, passing through customs into Chile, and is on his way to Argentina. Peruvian officials have issued an international arrest warrant for the Dutchman.
Van der Sloot reportedly entered Peru on May 14 and left either May 30 or May 31. He initially entered the country to play in a poker tournament, Guardia said.
Flores left a friend's home Wednesday morning and was last seen that evening leaving a casino with Van der Sloot, according local media quoting to the woman's father, Ricardo Flores, a Peruvian businessman and racecar driver. Surveillance cameras caught the pair leaving the casino together.
A funeral for Flores will be held Thursday, her father told ABC News.

Justice Department in Aruba was quick to dismiss the details of van der Sloot's latest alleged confession, telling ABC News, "We have been aware of the existence of this interview since August of last year. We investigated the claims made. The Aruban police investigated, with help from specialists with the Dutch police.
Spokeswoman for the Aruban Justice Department, Ann Angela continued to say that their "conclusion was that the statements made by Joran van der Sloot are entirely unbelievable."
Chief Prosecutor in Aruba, Peter Blanken told ABC News, "It's a story that in and of itself does fit in terms of timing. But all the other things that could be investigated, and that means the story about the witnesses, the house, the height of the balcony, all those types of things don't add up in Joran van der Sloot's statement."
Holloway's body has never been found.

A Pennsylvania couple thinks they may have found Natalee Holloway's skeleton on a vacation to Aruba.
Patti and John Muldowney want investigators to take a good look at a picture they took while snorkeling.
It shows what they think is a skeleton on the bottom of the ocean.
Patti didn't notice anything out of the ordinary when she snapped the photo last fall. No one noticed until mid January when they met up with a couple that was on the same cruise, to compare vacation photos.
"They came over and discovered it when they were looking through our photos," John Muldowney told NBC Philadelphia .
"You can see a fish. You can see some rocks. And then you can see this body lying on its back, facing up," John, 78, said in an interview with the Intelligencer Journal.
They showed the photo to friends, police, even a doctor and everyone agreed it looked like a human skeleton. John wondered if it could be the remains of Natalee Holloway, 18, who disappeared in 2005 during a high school graduation trip.
The Natalee Holloway case has yet to be solved. Joran van der Sloot, the son of a Dutch diplomat, was allegedly the last person to see Holloway, and he told authorities that Holloway died and he dumped her body in the ocean. He later said he sold Holloway as a sex slave. Van der Sloot's stories could not be confirmed by police and he was never charged in the case because Aruban prosecutors said they didn't have enough evidence.
John thought it couldn't hurt to send the photo to Holloway's family and investigators. He mailed a copy to her biological father and says he hasn't heard back.
John's efforts to get the picture to the right people connected to the case have been frustrating.
"I've called Quantico so much the receptionist said, 'We've got to stop meeting like this,' " he told the Intelligencer.
John sent the photo to the FBI in Philadelphia.
"We did receive that photo, and it was sent to the lead agent down in Miami who handles that area in the Caribbean," Special Agent Frank Burton Jr. told the Intelligencer.
"I didn't hear nothing for a month," said John.
John called the FBI again after hearing that van der Sloot's dad had died of a heart attack and that the case was being reopened after van der Sloot told a TV reporter another story, in which he disposed of Holloway's body in a swamp after she accidentally fell from a balcony.

"This time they told me, 'John, we're not allowed to tell you what we're doing with it,'" he said.
"The thing is, they haven't found her yet," Patti told the Intelligencer. "So, for the parents' sake, I would hope that this picture does help."

She fell off a balcony which looks like a house we all have been looking at since the beginning. Also a small dealer.... Map as to where he put the body, and a failed Lie detector test as he says he didn't have anything to do with her disappearence. Dompig talking all smug.....Judge for yourself. But he is saying that Andre his friend helped in it all. Andre, good friends with michael dompig, and we wonder why all this just slid by. I so hope that a "REAL" search can take place, and at least find the DNA where Natalee fell off this balcony, and then maybe we can all rest. 5 yrs is much too long to have parents not know what "really" happened. Come on Aruba, do the freakin right thing for once!

Dave and Beth, there is a BIG question whether you allowed all to come out at SM like it did. You both have my email, I would really love to know why all came out this way with Kermit (Vicky), and why they are slandering the people who just do not agree with them about the Perstistance. Those men where there for oil reasons? And if they are slandering all of those men, where does Tim fall into all of this? When did Tim actually get kicked off the boat? Or did he? What are your ideas with all of this nasty name calling? Most of your reliable people are gone from SM due to the slandering of these people, and the family. It would really be nice if at least one of you could fill us all in on whats happening as far as all of this goes. We all want the same justice you do. We are all with you reguardless what decissions you made, and what you think. Would be great if you could clarify some things.
